    .EL - FQC judge go /no-go according to the electrical characteristics testing data. .PI - FQC inspectors 100% inspect with microscope and need to screen out the defective appearance chips on each blue tape. .Reliability test - FQC sampling and perform the reliability test in condition of RT and fixed temperature chamber.
